Dental Veneers 3rd South

Dental teams, like ours at 3rd South Dental, are highly trained and educated in how to help restore teeth after dental issues arise, but we do much more than that. In our office, we care about the health of your teeth but we also care that you love the appearance of your smile. We have seen that if patients love the appearance of their smile, they have greater confidence in their everyday life, therefore we offer many cosmetic dental treatments for our patients to choose from based on how they would like to enhance their smile.

One of the most common forms of cosmetic dentistry is teeth whitening, which we do offer in our office here in Salt Lake City, Utah. Along with teeth whitening, we offer a more drastic way to change your smile with dental veneers.

Veneers

The dental veneer treatment at our office consists of thin porcelain tooth coverings that we use to change the anatomy of a tooth or teeth, therefore changing the entire appearance of your smile. These coverings are custom-made to fit your teeth and make the changes you are desiring. Once they are made, they are bonded onto the outer surface of the tooth.

Being custom-made to fit your teeth and your desired smile, you can converse with the dentist when first wanting veneers about what characteristics you’d like to be changed. Veneers can change the appearance of the following:

  • Crooked teeth
  • Short teeth become longer
  • Stains and discolored teeth
  • Close gaps between teeth
  • Chipped teeth
  • The overall shade of a smile

One of the major benefits of veneers is that they can be placed on one tooth or multiple teeth depending on your preference. No matter how many veneers you are having placed, the entire treatment can be completed in 3 or fewer visits to our office. This is one of the fastest ways to completely enhance your entire smile.

If you are someone who would like to learn more about veneers, please contact us at 3rd South Dental here in Salt Lake City, Utah. We love helping our patients develop a smile that they love and want to show off. We look forward to meeting with you!
